I want that cardigan!!
No, our Jay of the Day is not a flasher, he just happens to be rocking a very chic trench coat/raincoat that his Opi handed on down. We don’t know too much about it, apart from the fact that it’s Trevira and no longer has its belt.
Beneath, his Woolworths shoes, blue Jay Jays skinnys, a Falke shirt with sexy cuff-links, his grey Celio Club cardigan and a silver and black Carlo Potti tie.
The tie was a gift from me for his first graduation, and I bought it at Sedgars in Vereeniging. They’re great for suits, brand names and jewellery at good price. The cuff-links were also a gift, this time for our four year anniversary. As always, Reminiscene was my first stop, where Rosemary helped me pick out these gorgeous circa-1940s cuff-links. I love the fact that they’re mainly silver with a little gold link detail - they’ll go with anything and are noticeable without being flashy. He loves them too, which is the most important thing.
